The purpose of the Journal of Public Management and Social Policy is to provide a forum for scholarly research addressing diverse issues. Manuscripts in four areas of research: politics, economics, equity, and the environment are welcome. JPMSPpublishes theoretical, applied, and/or discussion papers on public administration, political science, and public policy issues associated with the process of economic, educational, environmental, political and social well-being of diverse populations. JPMSP also accepts book reviews and review essays designed to bring literature to the attention of a wider readership.

 

All papers submitted to the Journal of Public Management and Social Policy are peer-reviewed in a double blind process. The journal is an ASPA section journal.

Manuscripts should conform to the following guidelines: title, name, address, and organizational affiliation on the first page. On the second page include the title, abstract, keywords, and begin the text. Papers accepted for publication must follow the Chicago Manual of Style. Submission to JPMSP implies that your article has not been simultaneously submitted to other journals or previously has not been published elsewhere. The blind, peer review process normally takes up to eight weeks.
